The Florida Chapter of the TMA is pleased to present:

"When Everything Goes Wrong"...

This is a case study and role playing presentation that chronicles the decline of a fictional "institutional credit", through the special asset department of a traditional bank and the restructuring process, culminating with the final refinance of the credit.

The presentation will highlight the role of the "Special Asset Department" of the lending bank, the "Turnaround Firm" hired to restructure the credit and the "New Lender" that refinances the restructured credit. Special attention will be focused on the roles that each of these groups will play during the restructure; how they relate and work together, along with the typical conflicts that arise.

We have presented this case study at Stetson, South Florida and Florida. If your school has an interest in hosting this seminar, please contact Dr. Allen Jones, Education Chair.
