Ytech buys 188 apartments in Miami Beach for $27M

7/6/2015 - An affiliate of Miami-based developer Ytech International bought a group of 188 apartments in Miami Beach for $27.15 million. Grand Beach LLC, managed by Roland Faith and Roy Faith, sold the 11 neighboring properties to Ytech-180 Units Miami Beach Investment, headed by Ytech Chairman and CEO Yamal Yidios. St. Pete health care app company names chief operating officer

7/6/2015 - REUNIONCare, a health care management app company, has named a new executive to its leadership team. James Slusser will be chief operating officer for the company, reporting to Monica Stynchula, founder and CEO, according to a People on the Move submission. In the role, Slusser will be responsible for overseeing operations, product development, human resources, IT, finance and marketing.
