Royal Oak Homes building new community in Winter Garden

11/21/2014 - Royal Oak Homes plans to offer 75-foot homesites starting in January at Black Lake Preserve, a new gated community on Avalon Road in Winter Garden. Timeshare king David Siegel grows domain with more office space

11/21/2014 - The former headquarters building of Island One Resorts now belongs to Orlando's timeshare king David Siegel — and he plans to expand his administrative domain into the complex. Siegel, founder, president and CEO of Westgate Resorts, and his real estate business partner Jim Gissy spent $3.3 million to buy a 56,182-square-foot, bank-owned Class A office building at 8680 Commodity Circle in southwest Orlando.
